Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) has the highest ingress protection possible (IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF. 

Thermometer uses all 8 sensors for Total Temperature Awareness® with live measurements from edge-to-edge (plus the ambient temp near your food). TrueCore® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp. Our physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food to estimate time-to-cook with uncanny accuracy. 

WiFi Display counts down precisely when your food will be done. Use it without the app or connects direct to any WiFi network, and monitor your cook from anywhere.
